Samsung has officially launched the Samsung Galaxy F02s in India. The phone which was launched at 12:00 April 6, mainly targets the Indian market. The phone has a starting price of Rs 8,999 for the 3GB/32GB model and Rs. 8,999 for the 4GB/64GB model. Sales start from 12:00 April 9. It comes in diamond white, diamond blue, and diamond black colors. Judging from the specs, the Galaxy F02s is an entry-level device that fits in the budget category. It is easily affordable but still offers basic usable specs.

The Samsung Galaxy F02s weighs 196 grams and is 9.10 mm thick. It sports a 6.5 inches HD+ infinity-V display. It has a 720 x 1600 screen resolution and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The phone runs on OneUI based on Android 10 OS. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor with a 1.8 GHz core clock. This processor is paired with 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage. It also has a dedicated memory card slot that supports memory cards of up to 1 TB in capacity.
For the rear camera, the Galaxy F02s has a triple camera setup. This setup consists of a 13 MP main sensor, a 2 MP macro shooter, and a 2 MP depth sensor. Next to lenses is an LED flash. For the selfie camera, the phone has a 5 MP snapper on a water-drop notch on the display. A 5000 mAh non-removable battery powers the phone. It is rechargeable via a USB Type-C port but it doesn’t support flash charging. Extra features on the Galaxy F02s include; Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, 4G, 3.5 mm headphone jack, dual-SIM slot, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and a proximity sensor.
