Motorola has decided to join the 108 MP party in 2021 with the Motorola Moto G60. This has been confirmed by XDA developers who shared the information about the upcoming mid-range smartphone. They confirmed that the Moto G60, code-named ‘hanoip’, will launch in 3 models (memory combinations) and will ship with Android 11 out of the box.
Furthermore, from the specifications shared, it seems the Motorola Moto G60 will be a powerful mid-ranger with a high screen refresh rate, massive battery, an 108 MP main camera. The launch of the Moto G60 is not yet known but it might be soon. As for the price, seeing how the Moto G30 starts at $220, the Moto G60 price might fall in the region of around $349.
Moto G60 Specs and Features
The Moto G60 specs and features suggest that it will be another impressive Motorola mid-ranger. The phone with the model number XT2135-1/2 has a 6.78 inches FULL HD+(1080 x 2400) display. It uses an AMOLED or an IPS LCD panel which offers an impressive 120 Hz screen refresh rate. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset which features a Snapdragon X15 4G LTE modem (with up to 800Mbps downlink, up to 150Mbps uplink speeds) and doesn’t have 5G connectivity. For memory, the phone will either ship with 6 GB of RAm or 4 G Bof RAM with 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage.
The Moto G60 features a triple camera setup at the rear with a 108 Samsung ISOCELL HM2 main camera, a 16 MP ultrawide camera, and a 2 MP depth sensor. The phone uses a 16 MP sensor for the selfie camera but it seems another Moto G60 variant with the model number XT2135-1/2 uses a 32 MP sensor instead. The battery capacity is massive standing at 6000 mAh and is also expected to features fast charging.
