The Motorola E6i and the E7i are upcoming smartphones that are expected to be officially announced by Motorola soon. The duo was first spotted on Bluetooth SIG’s website which showed that the Moto E6i will be available in 2 models whereas the E7i will be available in 3 models.
Motorola E6i Expected Specs
The Motorola E6i is expected to sport a not less than 6.4 inches IPS LCD display with a 720 x 1560 screen resolution and a total pixel density of 282 PPI. The phone will most likely be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 which tells us that the Moto E6i will not be a 5G device.
The minimum amount of memory configuration will be 4 GB of RAM paired with 64 GB of internal storage. However, considering it will be available in 2 models, you can obviously expect another memory combination. Probably one with 128 GB of internal storage.
The rear camera combination is expected to be a quad-camera setup with a 16 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide sensor, a 2 MP macro sensor, and a 2 MP depth sensor. At the front, the phone will be equipped with a 16 MP selfie camera which is capable of recording 1080P videos.
The battery capacity will not be less than 5000 mAh battery and will also include 15W fast charging, with the most likely battery capacity being a 6000 mAh battery.
The Motorola E7i will most likely sport a display size of between 6.4 inches – 6.7 inches. It will be an IPS LCD panel with a 720 x 1600 screen resolution. The phone will most likely run on Android 10 out of the box with an option to upgrade to Android 11 later.
It might run on the MediaTek Helio G25 chipset or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 with 4 GB of RAM + 64 GB of internal storage. However, as earlier stated, there will be 2 more models which might include 6 GB of RAM + 128 of internal storage.
At the back, you can expect a triple camera setup with a 48 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2 MP depth sensor. At the front, the phone will be equipped with a 16 MP selfie camera similar to the Moto E6i.
The battery on the Moto E7i will not be that small with the least battery capacity also being a 5000 mAh battery with fast charging.
The prices have not yet been announced but our best guess would be not less than $180 for the Moto E6i. Just like in its previous launches, the Moto E6i and the Moto E7i will be launched in multiple countries probably with some difference in the chipset. However, countries like India, UK, and the US can be sure that smartphones will be launched in their countries. Other countries where the Motorola E6i and the Motorola E7i might be launched include Bangladesh and Pakistan.
