The OnePlus 9 is expected to be officially announced in March 2021. The device which is being eagerly awaited by smartphone fans all over the world, will, unfortunately, include most of the specs on the OnePlus 8T. However, the biggest change will be the inclusion of the newest chipset, Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, as the device’s chipset. The OnePlus 9 is also expected to have a starting price in the range of $699 if there aren’t any further price increase.
From the images leaked online, like the one at the start of this post. We can see that the phone features a design that closely resembles that of the OnePlus 8T but with an edge display. The OnePlus 9 sports the same punch-hole display as the OnePlus 8. The rear is also the same including the camera module.
Specs Overview
The OnePlus 9 comes with a 6.5 inches FULL HD display with a pixel density of 402 PPI which offers a 120 Hz screen refresh rate. It runs on the latest Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon 888 which is an octa-core CPU and comes with the latest Adreno 660 GPU. When it comes to memory, it packs a total of 8 GB of RAM paired with 256 GB of internal storage. However, more variants are expected to be produced.

At the back, the phone boasts a triple camera setup consisting of a 50 MP main camera + 20 MP + 12 MP. At the front, you get a single 16 MP placed at the top left corner of the punch-hole display. For the battery, it has a 4500 mAh battery with a 65W fast charging capability which is just crazy amazing.
