It also runs on a Mediatek Helio G90T with an Octa-core CPU and a Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. The Redmi Note 9 Pro runs on Android 10.0 out of the box with the MIUI 11. For the chipset, the Note 9 Pro runs on the Qualcomm SM7125 Snapdragon 720G chipset. You also get an Octa-core CPU and an Adreno 618 GPU. 3.CameraThe cameras on the Note 8 Pro and the Note 9 Pro are pretty the same. The only difference between the cameras on the two devices is the size of the macro camera and the selfie camera. On the Redmi Note 8 Pro, you get a quad-camera setup with a 64 MP main camera, 8 MP ultra-wide camera, 2 MP macro shooter, and a 2 MP depth sensor. At the front, you get a 20 MP shooter which is actually bigger than the one on the Note 9 Pro. For the Redmi Note 9 Pro, you get a 64 MP main camera, 8 MP ultrawide shooter, 5 MP macro shooter, and a 2 MP depth sensor. At the front, you get a 16 MP camera. Though the selfie camera on the Note 9 Pro is smaller compared to the one on the Note 8 Pro, it still shoots way better and detailed photos. 4.BatteryThe battery on the Note 8 Pro is a 4500 mAh battery with 18W fast charging capability. It a big battery but compared to the one on the Note 9 Pro, it looks really small. This is because the Note 9 Pro is powered by a huge 5020 mAh battery with 30W fast charging capability. BonusWith the Note 9 Pro, you get newer looks and a more beautiful design especially if you get the blue version of the Note 9 Pro.
