The Redmi Note 9 Pro runs on Android 10.0 out of the box with the MIUI 11. For the chipset, the Note 9 Pro runs on the Qualcomm SM7125 Snapdragon 720G chipset. You also get an Octa-core CPU and an Adreno 618 GPU.
The cameras on the Note 8 Pro and the Note 9 Pro are pretty the same. The only difference between the cameras on the two devices is the size of the macro camera and the selfie camera.

The battery on the Note 8 Pro is a 4500 mAh battery with 18W fast charging capability. It a big battery but compared to the one on the Note 9 Pro, it looks really small. This is because the Note 9 Pro is powered by a huge 5020 mAh battery with 30W fast charging capability.
